3D printing is a manufacturing process that builds one solid object in dimensionality, starting with a digital model. The 3D-Printing can produce pieces with geometric characteristics that cannot be produced by other processes. < br/> functional 3D objects < br/> ExOne builds starting from the bottom, one layer at a time with heavy duty industrial materials. The 3D printing system by ExOne selectively alloy thin layers of fine powder. As the print head passes over the bed of powder, the binder is deposited onto the powder. The powder bed is lowered and is covered with a layer of fine dust. With each successive step of the print head, every speck of dust is bound until the shape of the object is completed.
